Prices are indicative design fees. Furniture, materials, construction, site visits, permits and applicable tax are excluded. Your written proposal confirms visuals, drawings, revisions and timing.
How did we set the starting rates?
We reviewed published prices from providers serving Saudi Arabia. Scope varies considerably. Our calculation uses Glamorous Concept’s published SAR 85–150/m² range for comprehensive design with drawings, reduced by 30% to SAR 59.5–105/m². This is one selected reference, not a statistical market average or a previous NAYO selling price.
